I honestly couldn’t recommend YASA Property Buyers highly enough. Buying a property is a major decision, and having YASA by our side made the entire process so much smoother and less stressful. Their knowledge of the property market, negotiation skills and attention to detail really stood out. They took the time to understand what we were looking for, guided us through the process, and always made us feel that our best interests came first. What impressed us most was their professionalism, transparency and genuine commitment to helping us achieve the best possible outcome. They were approachable, responsive and supportive throughout, giving us confidence when making such an important decision for our family. We’re extremely happy with our experience and grateful for all the help and guidance we received. If you’re looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and dedicated buyers agent, I would wholeheartedly recommend YASA Property Buyers. Thank you for helping us secure our home and making the journey such a positive experience. We would absolutely use your services again!

Yash went above and beyond at every step - analysing comparable properties, pointing out fine details during viewings that we would have completely missed, and walking us through every step of the closing process. Communication was clear, timely, and always transparent. We felt fully supported and confident from contract to closing.

YASA Properties was everything my wife and I could have asked for and more ! Yash took the time with us to see what we were looking for, our price range and our goals. He went above and beyond giving us options to suit all areas and property types. The price was much more affordable compared to other buyers agents we had found but the service was still 10/10 Would highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Yash as our buyer’s agent. He was always helpful and easy to deal with, and had a great understanding of the different suburbs and properties. His advice made the search much easier, and he helped us find and secure a property that suited us within about a month.

Yash helped us secure our first investment property here in VIC. From our initial meeting there was never a pushy sales pitch, he listened to what we wanted, let us ask him alll the questions and was genuinely excited to go on the journey with us. The process was quite fast once we got going and we explored suburbs we hadn’t expected to, with Yash’s help explaining why they would be good in years to come. We felt confident with Yash by our side that we found a property that ticked all our boxes. Thanks so much Yash!

I had an excellent experience working with Yash throughout my property-buying journey. From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive, communicative and genuinely committed to helping me find and secure the right property. Yash provided a truly end-to-end service — from understanding what I was looking for, guiding me through the process, identifying a great opportunity, and helping me successfully secure the property. His professionalism, attention to detail and knowledge of the market gave me a lot of confidence throughout what can otherwise be a stressful process. What really stood out was how personable and empathetic Yash was. He took the time to understand my priorities, was always available when I needed guidance, and made me feel like I had someone genuinely looking out for my interests. I’m extremely happy with the property I secured and would highly recommend Yash and YASA properties to anyone looking for a buyer’s agent. His expertise, communication and personal approach make him an absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you, Yash, for making my property-buying journey such a smooth and positive experience!

I had a great experience working with Yash from YASA Properties to purchase my investment property in regional Victoria. As I wasn't local, Yash handled everything from inspecting properties and carrying out the due diligence to negotiating the purchase and keeping me updated throughout the process. It made the whole experience simple and stress-free. I'm really happy with the property I purchased and would highly recommend Yash and YASA Properties to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable buyer's agent.
