In comparison to our previous experiences, our experience of YASA Properties although more affordable, was they were unwilling to adapt to a preferred communication method. They changed strategies without consulting us and continually sent us properties outside of our brief. They needed prompting around sending us property breakdowns and statistics of areas. Placed blame on us when feedback was offered. We went a month without contact or follow up from them. Wouldn't recommend this organisation to a friend or family as what we got we could of achieved through simple realestate.com searches and data provided on those platforms.
