This is our second BA we have engaged with as our previous (although positive experience with them) became too expensive. In comparison to our previous experiences, our experience of YASA Properties although more affordable, was they were unwilling to adapt to a preferred communication method. They changed strategies without consulting us and continually sent us properties outside of our brief. They needed prompting around sending us property breakdowns and statistics of areas. Placed blame on us when feedback was offered. We went a month without contact or follow up from them. Wouldn't recommend this organisation to a friend or family as what we got we could of achieved through simple realestate.com searches and data provided on those platforms. From helping me decide which market made the most sense for me to buy in, to assisting with building inspection negotiations, Yash was there every step of the way. He really knows his stuff, and it never felt like he was pushing anything — just honest advice based on what I was looking for. What really stood out was how involved he stayed even after the purchase. He helped me find the right property manager to rent the place out, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. Couldn’t recommend Yasa Properties and Yash more highly if you’re looking for someone who’s actually in it to help you, not just close a deal.
